When you create a Lysvi account we collect your name and email address. When you use the platform we store the lead data, email drafts, and campaign settings you create — this data belongs to you.
Your data is used solely to provide the Lysvi service. We use it to authenticate your account, save your workspace, and generate AI-assisted email drafts on your behalf. We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We share data only with the infrastructure providers (hosting, database) required to operate the service, and only under strict data-processing agreements.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
Your account and associated data are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us or deleting your account from the settings page.

Lysvi uses only essential session cookies required for authentication. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
